Financial Requirements

Franchise Costs

$150,000 Area Development Fee: The area development fee secures exclusive rights to the territory.
$25,000 Franchise Fee: The franchise fee is paid upon the signing of each franchise agreement for each store.
Royalty Fee: 6% of Gross Sales
Marketing Fee: 2% of Gross Sales

Start-up Costs (Estimated)

$150,000.00 (Equipment, Decor Construction, Permitting, Plans, Operational Cushion)
